Jamey Nassef
Owner
Jamey has been in the restoration business since 2008. He loves the restoration industry because he is able to come to the rescue for homeowners when they are experiencing a disaster. One of his favorite aspects is being able to help them and see them smile at the completion of a job. He is the father of three energetic children who keep him and his wife very busy. He enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family.
Karla Torres
General Manager
Karla brings a strong background in operations, client support, and team coordination to Devoted Restoration. She is passionate about helping homeowners navigate stressful situations with clarity, care, and compassion, and she values being part of a company that truly puts people first. Outside of work, Karla is deeply family-oriented, enjoys being outdoors, and spends much of her free time with her family, using crafting as a creative outlet.
Shawn Fendone
Project Manager
Shawn began his career in the restoration industry in 2015 and has built a strong reputation for providing reliable, compassionate service during challenging situations. He is dedicated to helping homeowners understand the restoration process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring each project is handled with care and attention to detail. He finds the most rewarding part of his work to be helping customers regain peace of mind as their homes are restored. Outside of work, he values time spent with his wife and remains actively involved in the community by volunteering with youth wrestling
Stan Harder
Owner
Stan has been working in the restoration business since 2007. He enjoys working in the industry because he is able to help people in their time of need. He is the father of five girls and married to his high school sweetheart, Tonia. When he is not working he enjoys fishing, golfing, playing basketball, and winning at all the games during family game night.
Tony Greene
Operations Manager
Tony has been working in the restoration business since 2006. He says that he likes working in the industry because he likes the aspect of helping others and taking good care of Devoted’s customers. He has been married to his wife Ashley for 16 years and they have two children together, Kiptyn and Kinsley. When he is not working he likes to fish, golf, and coach his son in baseball and dance with his daughter.
Lilibeth Flores
Administrative Assistant
Lilibeth is a highly motivated professional with a strong commitment to both personal and professional growth. With experience in customer service and skilled trades, she has established herself as a valuable member of the Devoted Restoration Team. She finds fulfillment in restoration work, believing that her efforts have a positive impact on the families she serves. Outside of work, Lilibeth enjoys anime, cooking, and outdoor activities. She also values time with her family, especially her favorite younger sister, and is open to new adventures in life.
